How do anti-wrinkle injections work?
Anti-wrinkle injections involve a qualified doctor injecting a natural, purified protein into targeted facial muscles. The protein relaxes the muscles, softening lines and wrinkles. It does this by blocking the chemical signal the brain sends to the muscle to tell it to contract. The effects of anti-wrinkle injections typically last for 3-4 months, so we recommend booking your next appointment when you see some movement has returned. It’s important to be aware that it can take up to 10 days to see the full smoothing effect.
Our team will provide you with post-care information, including what not to do directly after treatment. They’ll also follow-up with you to make sure you’re happy with your results.
