Your appointment is very important to us, therefore we respectfully request minimum 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellation of a booking. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to sometimes forget an appointment. Failure to provide this will result in a no show fee added to your next treatment and you will be required to prepay your next treatment.
All Cosmetic Injectable appointments require a $50 non-refundable deposit to be made at time of booking to secure the appointment. This comes off the total of your treatment on the day. If you do not give 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule, the deposit will be forfeited.
